Are you a culinary wizard? We are on the lookout for a Cook who can bring flavour and nourishment to our feedlot near Chinchilla.

We offer a full range of Grain and Grass-fed beef categories and export to over 40 countries globally. 

What you'll be doing

As our Cook, you’ll be the heart of our kitchen, whipping up delicious meals that fuel our team’s spirit. You will have the support of 1 Kitchen Hand. Reporting to the Accommodation Supervisor, your mission is to:

• Prepare and cook meals for approximately 50 people
• Cater for visitors, contractors, onsite and offsite events
• Assist with ordering and maintaining supplies
• Cleaning the kitchen, dining facilities and other areas as required
• Preparing a weekly menu plan
• Read, understand and follow the food program

• You are equipped with basic budgeting or cost awareness for kitchen supplies 
• Handy with general maintenance and repairs? That’s a bonus!
• Have the capability of adopting and utilising company Workplace, Health & Safety policies and procedures, and practice safe food hygiene
