Your Role:

You’re an experienced and detail-oriented Administration Manager. This role combines administrative management with finance, basic payroll responsibilities with 3 direct reports.  If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for precision, this opportunity is for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:           

• You will oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• You will manage basic payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
• Collaborate with the finance team to maintain financial records and prepare reports.
• Supervise a team of 3 direct reports administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle correspondence, document management, and office supplies.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office events.
• You are a collaborative and supportive team member.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of finance and payroll processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
