Your Role:

You are responsible for safely operating feedlot machinery and trucks, supporting daily operations, livestock care, and infrastructure tasks. This is a hands-on role on a 10/4 rotating roster, giving you variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact. All driving is on-site only - you won’t be driving on public roads.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely operate machinery including loaders, skid steers, excavators, and water trucks
• Drive feedlot trucks for on-site deliveries, livestock movements, and material handling
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues promptly
• Assist with feed distribution, pen cleaning, and general feedlot tasks
• Support infrastructure projects, loading/unloading trucks, and managing materials
• Monitor quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with the feedlot team to meet daily operational targets

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced in operating heavy machinery and feedlot trucks
• Must hold an MC, HC or HR licence
• Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
• Energetic, proactive, and hands-on with a “can-do” attitude
• Strong team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture
• Adaptable and able to handle a fast-paced, varied workload
• Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency and high-quality standards
